To
reach the Red Cross traveling from the west or east, take U.S. 70
Business into downtown Smithfield. (U.S. 70 Business is
Market
Street.) Look for the intersection with U.S. 301.
If coming
from the west, turn right, or if from the east, turn left onto U.S. 301
South. Go to the next stoplight (about 1/2 mile) and turn
right. (Note that this intersection shows "Brogden Road" to
the
left, but you want to turn right.) Go one block to Third
Street
and turn right. The Red Cross will be on your right. If
you are coming from the north or south on I 95, take Exit 95 onto U.S.
70 Business West into downtown Smithfield to the intersection with U.S.
301. Turn left onto U.S. 301 South and follow the directions
in the paragraph above. If you
are
coming from the north on U.S. 301, follow the same directions given
above. If you are coming from the south on U.S. 301, look for
the
Brogden Road intersection, which will indicate Brogden Road as a right
turn, but turn left at this intersection, and follow the directions
above.
